The Silent Forests
The Silent Forests is set on the island of Guam, in the North Pacific Ocean. Guam used to have a wide variety of birdlife, which has now disappeared due to a man-made error. As a result, its forests are dying as well. The documentary looks at Guam as a microcosm for what happens when an ecological imbalance is set into motion.
